摘要: 研究了昼间亚高温对日光温室番茄(Lycopersicon esculentum Mill. ) 植株光合作用及物质积累的影响。结果表明: 昼间亚高温(35 /15℃, 30 /15℃) 降低了番茄植株的光合作用, 导致生物量积累减少,温度越高对植株的影响越大。亚高温条件下, 植株净光合速率和羧化效率均明显降低, 光呼吸速率升高,植株生长发育变差, 亚高温对地下部的影响要大于地上部。亚高温加快植株生育进程, 导致番茄果实提早成熟, 但果实品质严重下降。长时间亚高温处理促使番茄植株提早衰老。

Abstract: This study was undertaken to determine the effect of sub-high temperature of daytime on photosynthesis and growth in greenhouse tomato (Lycopersicon esculentum Mill. ). Results showed that daytime sub-high temperature (35 /15℃ and 30 /15℃) decreased the net photosynthesis and biomass, the more high
temperature the more effect of tomato was suffered. Carboxylation efficiency (CE) declined while photoresp iration at sub-high temperature increased. Root growth was more affected by sub-high temperature than shoot growth. The growth course of plant and ripping of tomato fruitwere accelerated but the quality of fruitwas decreased seriously at subhigh temperature. And a long period of subhigh temperature treatment even made the plants senescence earlier.
