马铃薯新型栽培种资源遗传多样性的RAPD分析

Genetic Diversity Analysis of Neo-tuberosum by RAPD Makers in Potato

摘要: 对马铃薯17份新型栽培种和7份普通栽培种材料进行了RAPD分析,14条随机引物共扩增
出170个位点,其中130个位点表现为多态性,占75.26%,表明新型栽培种材料具有广泛的遗传基础。利用UPGMA法进行聚类分析,24份材料被分成4个组,新型栽培种与普通栽培种分别划为不同的组。

Abstract: With 14 random pfimem,the RAPD analysis was used to determine the genetic relationships between 17 Neo-tuberosum clones and 7 common cuhivars of potatoes(Solaaura tuberosum ssp.andigena).The results indicated that the Neo-tuberosum clones were with abundant genetic diversity. One hundred and seventy unambiguous bands were observed.in which 130 were polymorphic bands.The average polymorphism rate was 75.26%.Phylogenetic relationships of 24 genotypes were discovered based on phylogenetic tree by use of UPGMA method.which were divided into 4 groups.The Neo-tuberosum and the common cultivars were clustered into different groups respectively.
