萝卜游离小孢子培养技术初探

摘要: 以20 个不同类型的萝卜品种为试材, 对游离小孢子培养技术进行了初步研究, 其中一份材料
获得了胚状体及再生苗, 研究表明: 基因型是限制萝卜游离小孢子成胚的关键因素。对胚状体再生的初步研究表明: 子叶型胚转移后容易获得正常的再生株, 而其他类型的胚状体转移后发育畸形, 不能获得正常的再生株。

关键词: 萝卜, 游离小孢子培养, 胚胎发生, 植株再生

Abstract: The isolated microspore culture was studied by using of 20 different varieties of radish. The embyoids and the regenerated plantlets were obtained. The genotype was the main factor which rest ricted the embryogenesis , and the regenerated plantlets could be got from cotyledon embyoid.
