摘要: 采用盆栽的试验方法, 研究了重金属锌(Zn) 对白菜各营养品质指标的影响。结果表明, Zn
不仅极显著影响白菜地上部生物量及Zn 吸收量, 还显著影响白菜叶绿素、维生素C、还原糖、粗蛋白、粗纤维等各营养品质指标。

Abstract: The effects of heavy metal Zn on nutrition quality indicators of non-heading Chinese cabbage were investigated with pot culture. The significant correlation between Zn content and the yield of non-heading Chinese cabbage , Zn accumulation in cabbage , the nut rition quality indicators of non-heading Chinese cabbage including chlorophyll , Vitamin C , reducing sugar , crude protein and crude fiber was found.
