香榧体细胞胚发生的研究

Studies on the Somatic Embryogenesis of Torreya grandis

摘要: 以香榧胚为外植体进行体细胞胚的诱导, 在SH + 6-BA 0.1 mg/ L + 2,4-D 0.5 mg/ L 的培养基上愈伤组织诱导率可达到69.8 %; 愈伤组织经过数次继代后转移至1/ 2 SH + 6-BA 0.1 mg/ L + NAA 0.1mg/ L 培养基上可诱导体细胞胚的形成, 诱导率可达70.3 % , 体细胞胚在合适的培养基上可继续生长和增殖。这是国内外首次通过组织培养成功获得香榧体细胞胚的报道。

Abstract: Calli were induced from embryo of Torreya grandis , and the highest induction frequency (69. 8%) was obtained on SH basal medium supplemented with 6-A 0. mg/ L + 2,4-D 0.5 mg/ L. After subcultured for several times , somatic embryogenesis at high f requency (70.3 %) was obtained on 1/ 2 SH
medium supplemented with 6-BA 0.1 mg/ L + NAA 0.1 mg/ L. Somatic embryos can keep on growing and proliferating on appropriate medium. It is the first reported that somatic embryos were successfully cultured f rom T. grandis in the world.
