黄瓜苦味遗传分析

摘要: 以3 种不同苦味类型(营养器官与果实均苦BiBiBtBt , 仅营养器官苦BiBibtbt 及营养器官与
果实均不苦bibibtbt) 的纯合黄瓜自交系为试材, 通过对其后代F1 、F2 、BC1 表现型分离比例的分析, 得出结论: 控制黄瓜植株营养器官苦与不苦的基因Bi bi 在后代表现为独立遗传, 不受控制果实苦味基因Bt的影响, 纯合基因型bibi Bt 存在隐性上位作用; 当为杂合状态Bibi 时, 即使控制果实苦味的基因Bt 不存在, 果实也会出现苦味, 但苦的程度较含Bt 基因的轻, 出现苦味瓜的比例也低。

Abstract: Three cucumber inbred lines with different types of bitterness (foliage and f ruit are all bitter : BiBiBtBt , only foliage is bitter : BiBibtbt , foliage and fruit are not bitter : bibibtbt) were used as materials in the experiment , the separate ratios of phenotype in their descendant s were investigated. The results showed that the gene Bi and bi which cont rolled foliage bitterness was independent of Bt and bt which cont rolled fruit bitterness. The homogeneous gene bi was recessive epistatic to the gene Bt . The fruits were also bitter when the gene Bi and bi was heterozygous even in the absence of Bt , but the extent of bitterness is lighter than that caused by the gene Bt and the proportion of bitter fruit was lower.
