A New Dendrobium Cultivar‘Ziguang’

摘要: ‘紫光’石斛兰(Dendrobium)是以‘裕奇’为母本,‘泰红’为父本,通过人工杂交选育出的优良新品种。其花色浅紫红,平均单枝花朵6.0朵,花径6.8 cm。在广州地区温室栽培,9月始花,10—11月为盛花期,适合华南地区种植。

Abstract: The new cultivar‘Ziguang’is derived from the cross of Dendrobium‘Yuki’and Dendrobium‘Thai Red’. The flower color is light purple and the single branch has 6.0 flowers on average with flower diameter of 6.8 cm. Flower begin in September,and bloom from October to November when cultured in greenhouse of Guangzhou,and can be suitable to plant in South China.
