摘要: 对柑橘遗传连锁图谱的构建以及抗病、抗虫、抗非生物胁迫、果实与种胚发育、品质等重要性状相关的QTL定位研究进展进行了综述,对其未来研究趋势和前景提出了展望。

Abstract: This review summarizes construction of genetic linkage map and QTL mapping of genes related to important traits such as resistance to diseases and insects,abiotic stress resistance,embryo development and fruit quality of citrus,as well as discussing the future trends and prospects.
