摘要: 综述了蔷薇属植物核基因组、叶绿体基因组、转录组和表观组学等方面的重要研究进展,结合中国古老月季‘月月粉’全基因组测序的最新研究成果,重点对连续开花和花香2个性状的研究进行了概述,对蔷薇属植物中亟待阐明的几个关键科学问题进行论述,并对今后蔷薇属植物组学研究的发展方向提出了展望,以期对蔷薇属植物重要生物学问题的解答和新种质的创制提供理论参考。

Abstract: This paper reviews the important research progress on nuclear genome,chloroplast genome,transcriptome and epigenomics of Rosa sp.,combining with the recent study findings of the genetic determinism of continuous flowering and flower scent. In order to provide theoretical reference for answering the important biological questions of roses and the creation of new genetic resources,several key scientific questions are discussed and the prospect of the future research is proposed.
