Abstract: ‘Lifeng’is a new cucumber hybrid of South China type，which was crossed by female parent‘Guannong-863’with heat tolerance and male parent‘Jieyang Wupiqing-311’with disease resistance. This hybrid grows vigorously with early maturity and high yield. Its fruit is cylindrical and about 25 cm in length. The single fruit weight is about 400 g with excellent quality，good taste. The fruit is tolerant to long storage and transportation. This hybrid is resistant to high temperature and Fusarium wilt，the yield of which can reach up to 60.0 t ? hm-2. It is suitable for planting in spring and autumn in South China and Southeast Asia.
