摘要:

木耳新品种‘黑威10号’是从大兴安岭野生木耳中采用组织分离获得,经系统选育而成。子实体单片聚生,黑灰色,单朵子实体直径12.0 ~ 14.0 cm,单个耳片直径7.0 ~ 10.0 cm,厚0.10 ~ 0.14 cm。中熟品种,开口后55 ~ 65 d采收。每100 kg干料产鲜耳120 ~ 165 kg。

Abstract:

‘Heiwei 10is a new cultivar of the edible mushroom Auricularia auricula oriented from a wild strain collected from Greater Khingan Moutains by systematic breeding. The fruit body is fascicled of single auricle with black grey color. The diameter of fruit body is from 12.0 cm to 14.0 cm. The diameter of a single auricle is from 7.0 cm to 10.0 cm,and thickness is from 0.10 cm to 0.14 cm. It is medium maturing cultivar,55–65 days are required from openning hole to the first harvest. The yield of fresh fruit body is from 120 kg to 165 kg per 100 kg dry basis.
