摘要:

对利用诱变技术开展落叶果树育种的研究进展,包括诱变方法、诱变育种取得的成果及发展趋势等进行了综述,指出目前诱变育种中存在的问题,并对诱变技术与杂交、离体培养及基因组学研究结合用于育种进行了展望。

关键词: 落叶果树, 诱变育种, 突变体

Abstract:

In this paper,the domestic and international application of induced mutation techniques in the breeding of deciduous fruit trees,including mutagenesis method,mutation breeding achievements,and the trend of development,have been comparatively analyzed. Furthermore,the existing problems in the mutation breeding including the balancing development,evaluation method and mutation mechanism study have also been pointed out. Meanwhile,the induced mutation technique was also discussed with the traditional cross breeding,in vitro culture technique and genomics researches.
