摘要: 就利用番茄基因组序列进行的基因与表型、基因注释、基因家族和其他物种基因组研究方
面的成果进行总结,进而提出番茄基因组测序完成对番茄分子育种的意义及展望。

Abstract: This paper summarized the current researches related to tomato genome sequence in many fields,such as gene and phenotype,gene annotation,gene family and genomic research in other species. Then the significance for molecular breeding of tomatoes and the application prospect are put forward.
