富士苹果秋梢连续摘心对13C 和15N 利用、分配的影响

摘要: 以4年生富士/SH1/八棱海棠为试材,研究了秋梢连续摘心对富士苹果树体生理活性及13C和15N利用、分配的影响。结果表明,与不摘心(对照)相比,秋梢连续摘心的树体,其成熟叶片IAA含量显著降低,ABA含量显著上升;细根生长量降低为对照的51.68%,细根活力降低为对照的70.10%;植株13C固定量和15N利用率分别降低至对照的41.01%和32.22%。营养器官叶片和一年生新梢13C和15N含量、分配率显著下降;贮藏器官中枝干木质部13C和15N分配率升高至对照的3.59和3.86倍,而13C和15N含量仅为对照的1.45和1.26倍,主根木质部13C分配率与对照无显著差异,而13C含量降低至对照的47.40%,15N分配率升高至对照的1.80倍,而15N含量降低至对照的58.44%。

Abstract: Experiments designed to test the effectiveness of autumn shoots on physiological activity and characteristics of distribution and utilization of 13C and 15N on 4-year-old apple tree(Fuji/SH1/ Malus robusta Rehd.). Results showed that continued pinching the autumn shoots,IAA content of leaves significantly decreased and ABA content significantly increased,fine root’s growth decreased to 51.68%,and the activity decreased to 70.10% of the control. 13C absorption and utilization of 15N decreased to 41.01% and 32.22% of the control. 13C and 15N absorption and partition ratio of leaves and new shoots significantly decreased. 13C and 15N partition ratio of stem xylem were significantly increased to 3.59 and 3.86 times,while the 13C and 15N absorption were only 1.45 and 1.26 times respectively. With no significantly differences of 13C partition ratio and significantly increased 15N partition ratio of main root xylem,the absorption of 13C and 15N were significantly decreased to 47.40% and 58.44% of the control.
