百合杂交后代ISSR鉴定

摘要: 使用筛选出的5对ISSR引物, 对由东方百合优良品种‘Sorbonne’、‘Tiber’‘Cobra’为亲本的4对杂交组合获得的40个杂交后代指纹进行了分析, 利用NTSY Spc软件UPGMA聚类构建的遗传关系能够较好地反映其亲缘关系。其中, 编号为P23和P21的引物是本试验中鉴定的分辨率较高的ISSR引物。

Abstract: Forty p rogenies obtained from 4 combinations of crosses among 3 oriental lily cultivars‘Sorbonne’, ‘Tiber’and ‘Cobra’were analyzed with the screened 5 pairs of ISSR p rimers. The genetic relationship s constructed with UPGMA method ofNTSY Spc software quite shows their linage relationship. And the primers numbered with P23 and P21 possess relatively high resolution in the p resent research.
