多效唑对高羊茅草坪草耐热性的影响

摘要: 高温是影响冷季型草坪草分布的重要因子。用0~1 000 mg·kg- 1的多效唑喷施高羊茅草叶
面, 结果表明: 200 mg·kg- 1多效唑可抑制地上部生长, 促进地下生物量积累, 提高草坪质量, 增加叶片的叶绿素、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质含量和过氧化物酶活性, 降低丙二醛含量, 保持膜系统稳定, 从而增强耐热性和抗病性, 提高其越夏能力。

关键词: 多效唑, 高羊茅, 草坪草, 耐热性

Abstract: High temperature is an important factor affecting the distribution of cold-season turf grass. It is difficult to plant cold-season turf grass in the South of China because of high temperature in summer.Spraying multiple-effect triazole (MET) with 0 - 1 000 mg·kg-1 to tall fescue turf grass indicates that application of 200 mg·kg-1 MET can inhibit the top growth of the turf grass, promote accumulation of the underground biomass and imp rove turf quality. It can also increase contents of chlorophylls, soluble sugar and soluble protein of leaves and peroxidase activity, decrease malonaldehyde content, maintain stability ofmembrane system of leaves, with more heat tolerance,anti-disease capacity, and oversummering ability.
