兰科植物花发育调控MADS-box基因家族研究进展

摘要: 综述了兰科植物基因组、转录组以及研究理论与模型等方面的重要成果,结合深圳拟兰(Apostasia shenzhenica)、铁皮石斛(Dendrobium catenatum)、小兰屿蝴蝶兰(Phalaenopsis equestris)全基因组研究,重点对调控花器官发育的A、B、C、D、E类基因的研究进行了概述,并对今后兰科植物花发育组学研究方向进行了展望,以期为兰科植物重要的生物学问题的解答、新品种培育以及新种质的创制提供理论参考。

Abstract: The paper reviewed the important achievements of the orchid genome,transcriptome, theories and models,combing with the latest research results of the whole genome of Apostasia shenzhenica,Dendrobium catenatum and Phalaenopsis equestris. The research on A,B,C,D and E genes that regulate the development of floral organs was summarized and the future research direction of orchid flower development was prospected,which aims to provide theoretical reference for solving important biological problems,breeding new varieties and creating new species of orchids.
