摘要: 重点对香蕉抗枯萎病的细胞生物学机制、激素及信号传导途径、抗病基因分离鉴定以及基于多组学挖掘香蕉抗枯萎病基因的策略等方面的研究进行概述,以期为进一步揭示香蕉对枯萎病的抗性机制研究提供参考。

Abstract: This article focuses on the biological mechanisms of banana resistance to Fusarium wilt,such as cell biology mechanisms,hormones and signal transduction pathways,the isolation and identification of disease resistant genes,and the research on the multi-omics analysis of banana Fusarium wilt genes. These would provide further reference to reveal the resistance mechanisms of banana wilt disease.
