摘要:

介绍了品种管理的基本概念以及分子标记技术在品种测试中的应用模式。根据对资料的分析和讨论,得出两点结论:(1)分子标记技术不能独立应用于DUS测试,必须与表型观测相结合;(2)分子标记技术在育种中的应用水平将会加强其在品种检测领域中的应用。同时,为了更好地促进分子标记技术在品种管理中的应用,提出建立统一标准样品库、建立统一品种管理平台、完善已知品种表型图像分子数据库、SSR技术以指导性标准发布、SNP技术以推荐性标准发布等5条政策建议。

Abstract:

 

Introduce the basic conception of variety management,and the application pattern of molecular marker technology in variety testing. On the basis of the analysis and discussion,we get two conclusions:(1)The molecular marker technology can not be the gist for variety judgment independent,it should be combined with the phenotypic observation;(2)The application of molecular marker technology in breeding will reinforce its application in variety testing. At the same time,we propose 5 relevant policy suggestions in order to promote the application of molecular marker technology in variety management.
