摘要:

‘中柿1号’是从野生柿的芽变中选育出的新品种。果实扁方形,平均单果质量132.7 g。果皮较薄,果肉柔软多汁,无核或极少核,可溶性固形物含量22%。丰产,稳产,抗寒,抗旱,抗病性能较强,生育期约120 d,在豫西地区9月下旬成熟。适用于加工柿饼、柿醋、柿酒、柿霜等。

Abstract:

Diospyros kaki Thunb.‘Zhongshi 1is a new cultivar,which is derived from mutation of a wild persimmon. The fruit is nearly flat-square shape and 132.7 g in average weight. It has excellent characteristics such as good quality,thin peel,texture of soft fruit and more fruit juicy,few-seed. Meanwhile,22% total soluble solids. The variety has high fertility,strong cold resistance,strong drought resistance,strong disease resistance. The fruit development period is 120 d from late May to late September in the western region of Henan Province. It is a processing-type persimmon elite variety for dried persimmon,persimmon vinegar,and persimmon liquor and persimmon frost.
