Abstract: ‘Jirou 1’is a new hybrid cultivar of edible mushroom Gloeostereum incarnatum. It is oriented from the‘mon-mon’hybridization between landrace and a wild strain. The hypha body grew strongly. The fruit body is pink，imbrication storied. The diameter of a fruit body is 7.3–11.6 cm and its weight is 112–205 g. It’s mid-early maturity and 93–108 days are required from the inoculation to the harvest. The yield of fresh fruit body is 59 kg per 100 kg dry stuff.
