摘要: 对柑橘溃疡病菌(Xanthomonas citri subsp. citri,Xcc)的分类地位、菌系分化和致病机理进行了总结,重点阐述了运用生物学、血清学和分子生物学方法鉴定溃疡病菌遗传变异的研究进展,并介绍了该病的防治方法。

Abstract: Citrus canker caused by Xanthomonas citri subsp. citri(Xcc)is one of the most bacterial disease of citrus. In this paper,the taxonomic status of citrus canker bacteria,fungi and pathogenic mechanism of differentiation were summarized. Focusing on the research progress in the use of biological,serological and molecular methods to identify genetic variation canker,and introduced the disease control methods.
